We include travel up to 50 miles from NG15 at no extra cost. For locations beyond that, we’re happy to discuss travel arrangements and fees during the booking process.

Yes! All packages include unlimited behind-the-scenes videos and candid photos.

That depends! We will usually have a video call prior to your wedding to discuss any particular content/reels you’d like. This is also the time to let us know if there are any particular songs you’d like us to use! If you haven’t shared a preference, we will try to create a variety, depending on the content available.

Absolutely! When you book with us, you can be safe in the knowledge that we have ticked all the necessary boxes in order to do our job safely. We have public liability, professional indemnity and equipment insurance.

Within 72 hours, you’ll receive an email or text with a link to your unedited content. You will need to download/save any content you wish to keep. Edited reels will be added to the link within 7 days. Content will be deleted from the cloud storage link after 60 days to free up space for future weddings, so please make sure you save everything you wish to keep!
